Grease Trap and Septic Tank Systems - Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Accessibility: The tank(s) must be easily accessible and free from obstructions; otherwise, additional fees may apply.
2. Service Fees: A service fee may apply if cancelled within 24 hours of the service.
3. Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply if the truck remains on-site for more than 45 minutes or if the tank's capacity exceeds the originally quoted volume.

Note: Our office will contact you for approval before any additional work is carried out.

1. Tank(s) Refilling: Customer is responsible for refilling tank/s. Link to FAQs – https://www.yarravalleyseptics.com.au/frequently-asked-questions
2. Tank(s) & Lid Condition: Yarra Valley Septics is not responsible for repairs to the tank(s) or lid if they are already in poor to average condition.
3. Truck Access: Please notify the Yarra Valley Septics office staff if the driveway is unsuitable for truck access. Yarra Valley Septics is not liable for any damage.
